Resumo: A certain degree of vertical misfit in implant-supported fixed prostheses screw-retained is unavoidable, since there's never going to have a perfect sealing. However, there is a limit of clinical acceptance that must be respected to maintain the longevity of both the prosthesis and the dental implant.
