A Dança de São Gonçalo em São Cristóvão: a corporeidade no folclore sergipano

O presente estudo se insere no Programa de Pós Graduação da Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba – UNIMEP, no Curso de Mestrado em Educação Física, na Linha de Pesquisa da Pedagogia do Movimento: Educação Motora, ao Grupo de Pesquisa “Estudo de propostas pedagógicas em esportes, danças, ginásticas, lutas e jogos e na formação profissional da área. Surge da possibilidade de novas contribuições para discussões na área da Educação Física acerca de práticas pedagógicas com perspectivas de valorização da cultura popular e do folclore. Este estudo, A Dança de São Gonçalo em São Cristóvão: a corporeidade no folclore sergipano teve, como objetivo interpretar a relação do folclore sergipano, especificamente a Dança de São Gonçalo, encontrada no Município São Cristóvão, com os estudos da corporeidade e sua possível contribuição para a prática pedagógica na Educação Física Escolar. O procedimento metodológico foi caracterizado por uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa em Educação, do tipo bibliográfica e de campo. O instrumento utilizado no trabalho de campo foi a entrevista semiestruturada, em que a pesquisadora apresenta a população que dança e o discurso de alguns sujeitos referentes ao ato de dançar e estudar o folclore sergipano. O processo de observação das entrevistas envolveu momentos de observação descritiva e reflexiva, através da proposta de LUDKE e ANDRÉ (1986). Com base nos dados obtidos através das entrevistas realizadas, constatou-se, que a relação dos pesquisados com o folclore sergipano se deu através de ligações de atividades cotidianas, desenvolvidas desde a infância até os dias atuais, uma relação de paixão, de total intimidade com as mais variadas apresentações folclóricas vividas em cada época. Assim, reconhecem a importância do estudo do folclore sergipano a partir da possibilidade da identificação das etnias, pelas criações e recriações das linguagens teatrais, das danças e dos gestos. Destacam ainda a necessidade de a escola abrir espaços para a cultura popular e o compromisso da Educação Física neste processo, através dos seus conteúdos com o estabelecimento de uma comunicação com o vasto leque de possibilidades oriundas da cultura popular. Concluo este trabalho apresentando as possibilidades e a importância da valorização da cultura popular nas escolas, especialmente na Educação Física, através dos jogos, das danças e das brincadeiras, viabilizando assim a relação do conhecimento com a cultura dos alunos durante o processo educativo. _________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: The present study if it inserts in the Program of Powders-Graduation of the Methodist University of Piracicaba - UNIMEP, in the Course of Master's degree in physical education, in the Line of Research of the Pedagogy of the Movement: Motive education, to the Group of Research "Study of pedagogic proposals in sports, dances, gymnastics, fights and games and in the professional formation of the area. It appears of the possibility of new contributions for discussions in the area of the physical education concerning pedagogic practices with perspectives of valorization of the popular culture and of the folklore. This study, The Dance of San Gonzalo in San Cristóbal: the corporeality in the folklore sergipano had, as objective interprets the relationship of the folklore sergipano, specifically the Dance of San Gonzalo, found in the San Cristóbal, with the studies of the corporeality and your possible contribution for the pedagogic practice in the School physical education. The methodological procedure was characterized by a qualitative approach of research in Education, of the bibliographical type and of field. The instrument used in the field work it was the semi-structured interview, in that the researcher presents the population that dances and the speech of some referring subjects to the act of to dance and to study the folklore sergipano. The process of observation of the interviews involved moments of descriptive and reflexive observation, through the proposal of LUDKE and ANDRÉ (1986). With base in the data obtained through the accomplished interviews, it was verified, that the relationship of the researched with the folklore sergipano he/she felt through connections of daily activities, developed from the childhood to the current days, a passion relationship, of total intimacy with the most varied folkloric presentations lived in each time. Like this, they recognize the importance of the study of the folklore sergipano starting from the possibility of the identification of the etnias, for the creations of the theatrical languages, of the dances and of the gestures. They still detach the need of the school to open spaces for the popular culture and the commitment of the physical education in this process, through your contents with the establishment of a communication with the vast fan of possibilities originating from of the popular culture. I conclude this work presenting the possibilities and the importance of the valorization of the popular culture in the schools, especially in the physical education, through the games, of the dances and of the games, making possible like this the relationship of the knowledge with the students' culture during the educational process.
