Resumo: | In this article, we sought to discuss the student's attitude in the school environment, from the perspective of indiscipline, often characterized by teaching professionals. However, attention was paid to the need to seek an understanding of this issue, so that teachers at the school can have better conditions to teach their classes, thus achieving learning. The behavior problem often permeates the school environment, which in turn ends up reflecting in the family context. Therefore, a dialogue between school, family and teachers is necessary, in order to seek a more meaningful direction. Thus, we raised some questions from the point of view of this theme, arising from situations that occurred in the daily life of the José Francisco de Souza Municipal School, in Coronel João Sá City – BA. Thus, we find that the search for dialogue and immediate solution to this problem has been constant, which has made the school space more significant for learning. |

Contudo, atentou-se para a necessidade de se buscar um entendimento desta problemática, a fim de que os docentes junto a escola possam ter melhores condições de ministrarem suas aulas, alcançando assim a aprendizagem. O problema de comportamento, muitas vezes, perpassa o ambiente escolar que por sua vez acaba refletindo no contexto familiar. Portanto, é necessário um diálogo entre, escola, família e docentes, a fim de buscar uma direção mais significativa. Assim, levantamos algumas questões sob o ponto de vista desse tema, provenientes de situações ocorridas no cotidiano da Escola Municipal José Francisco de Souza, na Cidade de Coronel João Sá – BA.
