An organization of activities is an important factor in people’s lives, because the lack of it can cause lack of motivation and productivity, besides waste time in activities that do not add value. Good management brings benefits, some of them are: time saving and reduction levels of stress and frustration. Thinking about good management of personal activities and time optimization, this paper presents an adapted Kanban model where only one A4 page and post its are used. In this page were divided three columns, one for activities to do (TO DO), another for the activities that are in execution (DOING) and another for completed activities (DONE). The study made possible better organization, because there was a greater focus on priority activities and time optimization.
