Sanislavski’s system: the creative process in organizations

Resumo: Many of the problems facing organizations today, considering the economic and commercial context, do not accept solutions previously used. Therefore, the necessity to develop creativity is imposed on society in order to obtain professional and organizational differentiation. Having said that, the present article, through a theoretical research, aims to explore, in an interdisciplinary way, the interaction between two areas: Scenic Arts and Administrative Science. Its focus is “Stanislavski’s creative process in organizations”, in this sense it approach creativity in organizations, mainly the individual creative potential and process, the Stanislavski’s System and concludes with an understanding of the applicability of such system in organizations. To elucidate the approach taken an analogy of the elements which makes up the mentioned system and those pertaining to organizations was accomplished.

Isso impõe à sociedade a necessidade de desenvolver a criatividade na busca de diferenciação profissional e organizacional. Dito isto, o presente artigo busca, através de pesquisa teórica, explorar de forma interdisciplinar a interação de duas áreas: Artes Cênicas e Ciências da Administração. Seu foco é “o processo criativo de Stanislavski nas organizações”, sendo assim, aborda a criatividade nas organizações, em específico o potencial criativo e processo criativo do indivíduo, o Sistema Stanislavski propriamente dito e finaliza com um entendimento da aplicabilidade deste sistema nas organizações.
