The purpose of this work is to transcribe and analyze through the file restoration operational procedure: the application, FILMOPLAST P90, aiming to restore the document by perfecting the finish, the edges of the tape become leveled the sheet of documents, rendering it almost imperceptible. The procedure was developed in the Restoration laboratory of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Santa Catarina, end in order to reach the objectives, a descriptive and exploratory character of a qualitative nature was used; The method of observation, analyzing aspects of documents, restoration materials. It presents a brief contextualization of the Laboratory, the Memory Center and documentation produced by the Assembly. This research and this procedure are of importance for the conservation and preservation of the Santa Catarina's memory in the retrieval and dissemination of information.
