Resumo: The teaching activity is a social practice crossed by several voices, which, because they are not equipollent, can imprison the teacher in formal teaching practices and question his/her professional capacity. To show how these hybrid voices permeate the teacher’s discourse, this article aims to analyze the linguistic activity (discourse) of two teachers in a situation of self-confrontation, and thus present how linguistic-discursive marks of heterodiscourse materialize in their utterances. The corpus is comprised by two excerpts from researches with situations in which the teacher's discourse is loaded with hegemonic voices that indicate how the teaching work should be carried out. Therefore, these voices appear in the teacher's statements and are materialized in a teaching praxis that, however, does not always meet the students' expectations.

Esas, por no ser equipolentes, pueden aprisionar al docente en prácticas formales de enseñanza y cuestionar su capacidad profesional. Para mostrar cómo esas voces híbridas impregnan el discurso docente, este artículo busca analizar la actividad de lenguaje (discurso) de dos profesores en una situación de autoconfrontación y, de esa manera, enseñar cómo marcas lingüístico-discursivas de heterodiscurso se materializan en sus enunciados. El corpus está compuesto por dos pasajes de investigaciones en que las situaciones muestran el discurso del profesor cargado de voces hegemónicas que apuntan cómo debe ser realizado el trabajo docente. Así, esas voces aparecen en los enunciados del profesor y son materializadas en una praxis de enseñanza que, no obstante, ni siempre corresponde a las expectativas de los alumnos.A atividade docente é uma prática social atravessada por diversas vozes, que, por não serem equipolentes, podem aprisionar o docente em práticas formais de ensino e questionar sua capacidade profissional. Para mostrar como essas híbridas vozes perpassam o discurso docente, este artigo busca analisar a atividade linguageira (discurso) de dois professores em situação de autoconfrontação e, assim, apresentar como marcas linguístico-discursivas de heterodiscurso materializam-se em seus enunciados. O corpus compreende dois excertos de pesquisas em cujas situações o discurso do professor é carregado de vozes hegemônicas que apontam como deve ser realizado o trabalho docente.
