The construction of power in pombagira's ethos in Umbanda's incorporated male mediuns

Resumo: Considering that Umbanda promotes a symbolic inversion of power by bringing historically marginalized groups to the center of the scene as holders of great spiritual evolution, it is observed that Pombagira emerges as the free and powerful woman who transgresses the relationships historically established by society patriarchal. Based on this observation, we propose to observe the construction of the power ethos of Pombagira Sete Saias incorporated into a male medium in order to understand how she subverts what is both feminine and masculine, dressing her medium and intertwining strength and sensuality. For this, we will borrow the interviews made by the anthropologist Mariana Moura (2018) to Pombagira to analyze the construction of the discursive ethos from the assumptions of Dominique Maingueneau (2008, 2015, 2020). As initial conclusions, we argue that this body in transit raises questions relevant to Discourse Analysis, both with regard to the subject's relationship with the embedded medium, as well as the construction of the self-image in the entity's discourse.

A partir de esta observación, nos proponemos observar la construcción del ethos de poder de Pombagira Sete Saias incorporada a un médium masculino para comprender cómo ella subvierte lo femenino y lo masculino, vistiendo su médium y entrelazando fuerza y ??sensualidad. Para ello, tomaremos prestadas las entrevistas realizadas por la antropóloga Mariana Moura (2018) a Pombagira para analizar la construcción del ethos discursivo a partir de los presupuestos de Dominique Maingueneau (2008, 2015, 2020). Como conclusiones iniciales, argumentamos que este cuerpo en tránsito plantea interrogantes relevantes para el Análisis del Discurso, tanto en lo que se refiere a la relación del sujeto con el medio incrustado, como a la construcción de la autoimagen en el discurso del ente.Considerando que a Umbanda promove uma inversão simbólica de poder ao trazer para o centro da cena grupos historicamente marginalizados como detentores de grande evolução espiritual, observa-se que a Pombagira surge como a mulher livre e poderosa que transgride as relações historicamente estabelecidas pela sociedade patriarcal. A partir de tal constatação, propomo-nos a observar a construção do ethos de potência da Pombagira Sete Saias incorporada em médium homem de modo a compreender como ela subverte aquilo que é da ordem tanto do feminino quanto do masculino, travestindo seu médium e entrelaçando força e sensualidade. Para isso, tomaremos de empréstimo as entrevistas feitas pela antropóloga Mariana Moura (2018) à Pombagira para analisar a construção do ethos discursivo a partir dos pressupostos de Dominique Maingueneau (2008, 2015, 2020).
