Resumo: This article is characterized as a theoretical study, whose objective is to present to Physical Education teachers inserted in Early Childhood Education, principles based on Historical-Cultural Theory, Critical Historical Theory and Critical-Overcoming Pedagogy, which make it possible to qualify the performance through the understanding of the specificities of the organization of the pedagogical work in Early Childhood Education. To this end, we approach the child and its relation to teaching, the pair "caring and educating", the organization of time and space, didactic-pedagogical materials and resources, curriculum and evaluation, establishing relationships with Physical Education.

Para ello, abordamos sobre el niño y su relación con la docencia, el par "cuidar y educar", la organización del tiempo y espacio, los materiales y recursos didáctico-pedagógicos, el currículo y la evaluación, estableciendo relaciones con la Educación Física y la Cultura Corporal.Este artigo caracteriza-se como um estudo teórico, cujo objetivo é apresentar aos professores e professoras de Educação Física inseridos na Educação Infantil, princípios teórico-epistemológicos e metodológicos pautados na Teoria Histórico-Cultural, Teoria Histórico Crítica e Pedagogia Crítico-Superadora, que os possibilitem qualificar a atuação através da compreensão das especificidades pertencentes à organização do trabalho pedagógico na Educação Infantil.
