Resumo: The proposition of this research is to understand the importance of Fundamental Rights and how they protect its core of action and reflection: Human Dignity. Both entities need to build new cultural meanings in this time of transition (political, axiological, legal, etc.). Its weakness before the economic vector highlights reasons for change of human stance worldwide. The criteria that provide the basis for this purpose are called Life and Care.

A proposição desta pesquisa reside na compreensão sobre a importância dos Direitos Fundamentais e de que modo esses protegem o seu núcleo de atuação e reflexão: a Dignidade da Pessoa Humana. As duas entidades anteriormente citadas precisam elaborar novos significados culturais nessa época de transição (política, afetual, axiológica, jurídica, entre outros). A sua fragilidade, diante do vetor econômico, evidencia a necessidade de mudança de postura humana em escala global.
