Internship in early childhood education in a pandemic: crossing between the storm of distance and distance as a tempestivity

Resumo: The present report narrates the experience of a mandatory internship in Early Education, carried out in the 7th phase of the Pedagogy course, at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, in the year 2021. The internship was carried out entirely remotely, due to the social distance caused by the pandemic of the new Coronavirus. In the text we narrate the challenges of doing an internship without direct contact with children, teachers and institutions, bringing concerns, insecurities and questions regarding our training process at this juncture, articulated with reflections and considerations regarding the possibility of resistance , in the use of this distance, as a timely time to, together, (re)think, explore and write about the specificities of Early Education and childhood time as a right, as well as advocating the importance of pedagogical action tools as instruments essential for a permanent construction of teaching in Early Education.
