Resumo: | Abstract This article presents the results of a study that sought to verify the teachers' work ahead to special education in the perspective of inclusive education. The teachers' work was understood as being the pedagogical management, as stated by Ferreira (2008, 2009). Was examined what teachers had to say about special education in inclusive perspective and about work in this reality. These reports suggest reflections on propositions of the Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education, the role of school management and teachers facing the inclusion of pupils with special educational needs.Key-words: pedagogical management, work teachers, special education, inclusive education, school management. |

Esse trabalho foi entendido com sendo a gestão do pedagógico, conforme afirma Ferreira (2008, 2009). Examinou-se o que os docentes tinham a dizer sobre a educação especial na perspectiva inclusiva e o trabalho nesta realidade. Esses relatos sugerem reflexões acerca de proposições da Política Nacional da Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva, do papel da gestão escolar e dos professores frente à inclusão de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais.
