Resumo: The growing participation of women in agribusiness has been showing the satisfaction and pride of them in taking part in activities related to beef cattle production. The seek for protagonism releases the woman from domestic activities, allowing them to take on tasks related to management and operationalization in rural business. Yet, there aren’t many studies that settle the real contribution of women in Brazilian beef cattle livestock. Therefore, this study aims to define the perfil of women that labor in production and management of beef cattle farms, such as well as studying their participation in the operationalization of activities and decision-making processes. The quantitative research has chosen women by intentional sampling, between those who develop an acknowledged livestock work.
