This dissertation had as its objective the develoment of hays to implement a methodology to net works integration viewing the atrength and the qualification of companies organized into networks, located in the central region of RS, through the integration among the networks so that they are able to share the qualifications of entrepreneurs who belong to them as well as manage them. The internal and external competion has been a very relevant theme in debates on competitive cluster, but the cooperation among the networks has rarely been investigated academically. For this purpose, through theoretical research, one carried out a survey on primary data through interviews and visits to managers of networks which are part of meetings and secondary data through bibliographic research at Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, where the office of the Network Cooperation Program is located. The relationships in cooperation networks aim at increasing the capacity of the organizations by trying to improve the organizational efficiency. This makes the formation of the cooperation relation an alternative in face of the challenges imposed by the market. However, experience has demonstrated a remarkable relevance in the relations among the cooperation networks not only from the marketing perspective, but also from the organizational learning and negotiation. The results of the interviews showed that the contact among the networks allows the existence of a collective effective learning, supported by the dynamics of the knowledge creation that occurs among the companies. However, many people demonstrated desmotivation and lack of commitment concerning the meetings. This way, it is presented a way that will support the implementation of on integrative methodology to the participants of the meetings among managers in order to motivate the group to promote more concrete actions through the format of the process as well as to promote these people's self- nowledge, making their integration easier and also to achieve concrete results that bring benefits to all the meetings members
