This paper contains a systematic review of Brazilian scientific production on moral harassment at work, carried out in the period from July 2010 to July 2020. Studies published in journals of the Virtual Health Library were surveyed, using the Preferred Reporting Items for protocol. Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). The final sample had 20 articles, being 09 theoretical and 11 empirical. The studies were categorized into four sub-themes: characterization of harassment (5%); organizational / institutional aspects and prevention modes (30%); conceptual perspectives and assessment measures (30%) and consequences of harassment (35%). There was a concentration of studies on specific professional categories, such as health / nursing professionals and workers in the industry, commerce and services. Five classes of evidence of article results were also identified: negative acts; affected groups and most common situations; causes; consequences; prevention / intervention. Many studies have pointed to the relationship of harassment with management modes. There was an increase in scientific production of the theme. Gaps were identified to be investigated, especially regarding prevention strategies.
