Resumo: | In this work we present the partial results of a research that sought to answer the following question: Have online forums been by themselves a learning tool or a bureaucracy with little pedagogical efficiency? For this, we analyzed the dialog in the online study forums of a continuing teacher training course, in a quantitative-qualitative approach. The results indicated that the processes put in the online forums constitute a collection of bureaucratic messages without the expected interactions, thus compromising the learning. |

The results indicated that the processes put in the online forums constitute a collection of bureaucratic messages without the expected interactions, thus compromising the learning.En este trabajo presentamos los resultados parciales de una investigación que buscó responder al siguiente cuestionamiento: los foros online han sido por sí mismos un instrumento de aprendizaje o más una burocracia con poca eficiencia pedagógica? Para ello analizamos la dialogia en los foros de estudios online de un curso de formación continuada de profesores, en un abordaje cuantitativo. Los resultados señalaron que los procesos puestos en los foros en línea se constituyen una recopilación de mensajes burocráticos sin las interacciones esperadas, comprometiendo con ello la enseñanza.Neste trabalho apresentamos os resultados parciais de uma pesquisa que procurou responder ao seguinte questionamento: os fóruns online têm sido por si mesmo um instrumento de aprendizagem ou mais uma burocracia com pouca eficiência pedagógica? Para isso analisamos a dialogia nos fóruns de estudos online de um curso de formação continuada de professores, numa abordagem quanti-qualitativa.
