Monitoria inclusiva no ensino superior: discursos e imagens de si e do outroMonitoria.Educação inclusiva.Ensino Superior.Monitoring.Inclusive Education.Higher Education.CNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOO Programa de Monitoria Inclusiva da Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM) é uma das ações de permanência propostas pela Pró-Reitoria de Assuntos Comunitários e Estudantis, mediante o Serviço de Acompanhamento Pedagógico, para atender uma demanda de atendimento inclusivo da universidade. Por meio dos discursos de estudantes monitorados e alunos que atuam como monitores inclusivos, este trabalho tem o objetivo de compreender como acontece o processo de inclusão na universidade e os sentidos que os estudantes atribuem à ação. O Programa de Monitoria Inclusiva é uma importante ferramenta para a reflexão sobre discursos e sentidos que circulam sobre a inclusão na universidade. Os sujeitos da pesquisa podem trazer em seus discursos as diversas vozes que permeiam o ambiente universitário e, por isso, podem colaborar com a reflexão proposta. O objetivo geral deste estudo foi analisar os sentidos que os monitores inclusivos e alunos monitorados, ditos alunos com necessidades educacionais específicas, participantes do Programa de Monitoria Inclusiva da UFTM, atribuem à inclusão no contexto universitário. O corpus da pesquisa foi composto por relatórios produzidos pelos monitores inclusivos, além de questionários e entrevistas que complementaram as análises. O paradigma indiciário, tal como proposto por Ginzburg (1989), orientou a estratégia de seleção dos enunciados para análise em busca dos indícios das imagens que os sujeitos pesquisados produzem de si e do outro no processo de inclusão. Ancoram as análises as concepções de Michel Foucault (1996, 2008, 2009) sobre formação discursiva, concepção de sujeito, governamentalidade e mecanismos de controle de discursos; também a leitura realizada por Fischer (2012, 2013) e Veiga-Neto (2000, 2007). Michel Pêcheux (2014) ancora a análise das formações imaginárias presentes no discurso dos sujeitos da pesquisa. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam para a necessidade de rompimento de fronteiras discursivas e imaginárias que pré-determinam os lugares dos sujeitos em situação de deficiência, por meio da abertura de espaços de ampla participação de todos agentes, priorizando que grupos minoritários sejam ouvidos e considerados em suas demandas e singularidades.The Inclusive Monitoring Program of the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro) is one of the permanence policies proposed by the Pro-Rectorate of Community and Student Affairs, through the Pedagogical Monitoring Service to meet the demand for inclusive care of the university. Through the speech of the students monitored and students who act as inclusive monitors, this work aims to understand how the process of inclusion in the university occurs and the senses the students attribute to the phenomenon. Inclusive Monitoring Program is an important tool for reflection on discourses and senses that circulate about the inclusion in university. The subjects of the research can bring their discourses to various voices that permeate the university environment, thus collaborating with the reflection proposed. This study had as general objective to analyze the senses the inclusive monitors and students monitored, so called students with specific educational needs, participants in the Inclusive Monitoring Program of UFTM, attribute to inclusion in the university context. The first questionings emerged from the reading of evaluation reports of IMP produced by the inclusive monitors. The corpus of this research was constituted by three sets of discursive production, namely: reports, questionnaires and interviews. The latter two were used to complement the analyses and insert the discourses of the students monitored. Evidential paradigm, such as proposed by Ginzburg (1989), based the selection strategy of the statement to analysis seeking the evidences of images that the subjects researched produce of themselves and the other in the inclusion process. Michel Foucault (1996, 2008, 2009) conceptions strengthen the analyses about discursive training, the concept of the subject and control mechanisms of discourse; as well as the reading performed by Fischer (2012, 2013) and Veiga-Neto (2000, 2007). Michel Pêcheux (2014) strengthens the analysis of imaginary formations present in the discourse of the investigated individuals.
