Subjective processes of psychotherapists in the face of covid-19: New perspectives in clinical acting

Resumo: The present study reflects about the new perspectives of psychotherapists’ acting during the Covid-19 pandemic. That was done through the Theory of Subjectivity and the Constructive-Interpretative Method, with the voluntary participation of two psychologists. The transition from the face-to-face clinic to the online clinic, changes in the psychotherapeutic process, vaccination of psychology professionals and how the pandemic context has changed the perspectives of patients and psychologists regarding psychotherapy were discussed. The challenges faced by the psychology professionals were uncountable and need to be investigated, given that online therapy is considered a reality of the present and future of the profession - not incurring, though, at the end of face-to-face therapy.

Esto se llevó a cabo a través de la Teoría de la Subjetividad y el Método Constructivo-Interpretativo, con la participación voluntaria de dos psicólogas. Se discutió la transición de la clínica presencial a la clínica en línea, los cambios en el proceso psicoterapéutico, la vacunación de los profesionales de la salud y cómo el contexto de la pandemia cambió las perspectivas de los pacientes y psicólogos con respecto a la psicoterapia. Los desafíos que enfrentaron los profesionales de la salud en ese momento fueron numerosos y necesitan ser investigados, una vez que la terapia en línea se considera una realidad del presente y futuro de la profesión, no incurriendo, sin embargo, al final de la terapia presencial.O presente estudo reflete sobre as novas perspectivas de atuação dos psicoterapeutas durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Isso foi realizado através da Teoria da Subjetividade e do Método Construtivo-Interpretativo, contando com a participação voluntária de dois psicólogos. Foi discutida a transição da clínica presencial para a clínica online, as mudanças no processo psicoterapêutico, a vacinação dos profissionais de saúde e como o contexto pandêmico alterou as perspectivas dos pacientes e dos psicólogos a respeito da psicoterapia.
