Resumo: From the experience with the “Cursinho Prepara Trans” project, this article aims to discuss the gender-sexuality diversity question in the scope of popular education. The project aims to prepare transsexuals, transvestites, lesbians, bisexuals and gays (LGBT) to take the National Exam for Certification of Youth and Adults Skills (ENCCEJA), National High School Exam (ENEM) and others admissive exams for universities. The experience from the project made possible to discuss the necessities of diversity and prejudice discussion beyond the social transformation at popular practices. The dialogue perspective was discussed, and also the antirracist educations and feminist pedagogy to conclude that social inclusion and permanence in formal and informal educative spaces is basilar for this spaces.

O projeto tem como objetivo preparar transexuais, travestis, lésbicas, bissexuais e gays (LGBT) para o Exame Nacional para Certificação de Competências de Jovens e Adultos (ENCCEJA), Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM) e outros vestibulares. Com a experiência vivenciada em tal projeto foi possível discutir como, na prática popular, se faz necessário ter como norte as questões da diversidade e do preconceito além da conscientização e da transformação da realidade. Discutem-se, aqui, as perspectivas do diálogo, bem como da educação antirracista e da pedagogia feminista.
