This text reports on the experience of the third edition of the Institutional Extension Program "Integrated Formative Actions" - AFIN of the Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU, at the Patos de Minas campus. This project is aimed at 3rd year high school students, high school graduates from public schools and integral scholarship holders of the private network of Patos de Minas and the region, offering a free pre-Enem course, providing a good preparation for the Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (National Examination of Highschool Education, in free translation) - ENEM. Thus, the entire structure of the project developed is described, as well as the social and educational profile of the participating students, the results of the approvals obtained at the end of the Program edition, the difficulties encountered for its accomplishment, the improvements implemented in relation to the previous editions and the impact on the local community.
