Innovation as a policy in education and distance mode

Summary: In recent decades, in Brazil, we have seen changes in education policies and in distance learning. The access facilities, the low cost appeals linked to the messages of the innovative proposals thanks to the use of information and communication technologies put a new look on the conceptions of innovations. In the light of these references and as a subject of study, it appears that the theoretical and practical conceptions are parallel to the dominant ideology reflected in the projects and programs as well as in the performance of teachers and institutions. The intention is to contribute to broaden the debate on innovation in education, educational policies and distance modality.

Les facilités d'accès, les appels à bas prix liés aux messages de propositions innovantes grâce à l'utilisation des technologies de l'information et de la communication donnent un nouveau regard sur les conceptions des innovations. À la lumière de ces références et en tant que sujet d'étude, il apparaît que les conceptions théoriques et pratiques sont parallèles à l'idéologie dominante reflétée dans les projets et programmes ainsi que dans la performance des enseignants et des institutions. L'intention est de contribuer à élargir le débat sur l'innovation dans l'éducation, les politiques éducatives et l'enseignement à distance.Nas últimas décadas, no Brasil, assistimos a alterações nas políticas de educação e na modalidade a distância. As facilidades de acesso, os apelos do baixo custo atreladas às mensagens das propostas inovadoras graças ao uso das tecnologias de informação e comunicação colocam um novo olhar sobre as concepções de inovações. A luz destes referenciais e como tema de estudo verifica-se que as concepções teóricas e práticas andam paralelas à ideologia dominante refletida nos projetos e programas bem como na atuação dos professores e das instituições.
