Cystic renal dysplasia is a disease characterized by unstructured development of the renal parenchyma as a result of abnormalities in renal embryogenesis, presenting structures that are incompatible with the development of the animal. This disease can be hereditary or congenital. The aim of this present study is to report a case of cystic renal dysplasia associated with bilateral ectopic ureter in a female dog. A Siberian Husky female dog, eleven months and eight days old, was attended at the Veterinary Hospital of the Federal University of Uberlândia - MG, complaining of urinary incontinence and a strong odor in the urine, with the onset of symptoms being two months old. , intensified in the week before the consultation. After the initial evaluation, additional imaging and laboratory tests were requested. And it was concluded that the patient had congenital kidney disease associated with bilateral ectopic ureters, already with renal osteodystrophy and therefore a reserved to unfavorable prognosis. The dog showed a great worsening in her clinical condition, being then submitted to euthanasia, necropsy and histopathology that confirmed the diagnoses.
