Resumo: In this work, some tools of the food safety management system are studied, with emphasis on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans. The imple mentation of software for the control and monitoring of such plans was analyzed, as well as the management of hazards related to products manufactured in a non-alcoholic beverage company. Aspects related to the implementation of the software itself were evaluated, such as: its structure, the advantages in relation to the operation traditionally employed, and the results obtained in relation to the management of food safety. Based on the results obtained with the work, it can be said that the management of HACCP plans is more assertive with the use of the software, since it allows you to view and evaluate the process as a whole, in detail, in addition to generating greater credibility in the consumer market.

Foi analisada a implementação de um software para o controle e monitora mento de tais planos, bem como a gestão dos perigos relacionados aos produtos fabricados em uma empresa de bebidas não alcoólicas. Foram avaliados os aspectos relacionados com a implantação do software propriamente dito, tais como: a sua estrutura, as vantagens em relação a operação tradicionalmente empregada, e os resultados obtidos com relação à gestão da segurança de alimentos.
