Diversidade racial e racismo dentro das organizações

Resumo: Brazil is one of the countries that has the greatest cultural and racial diversity in the world and with that it is seen that there are great benefits in cultural interaction due to the breadth of knowledge and improving the process of communication and respect between individuals, however within organizations it is notable that there is a great resistance in obtaining cultural and racial diversity. As a result, the environment becomes more and more homogeneous. Given this, prejudice becomes predominant and power is concentrated in the hands of a few, especially in relation to black culture, which is the target of prejudice and rejection in the expressive positions of organizations and that even after the abolition of slavery in the Brazil still carries brands being placed on the margins of society without opportunities for employment, study and quality health. The study was made based on statistical data and laws that prove the inequality between cultures and races that is experienced in Brazil daily, therefore the importance of including culture in all places of society. For this reason, the case of the company Magazine Luiza, which proposed the trainee program exclusively for blacks, was used to analyze which were the repercussions of the news and which were the measures taken by the company through the attacks for acting in favor of social and racial inclusion, giving opportunity for people who are excluded and discriminated against for years by society.

Diante disso, o preconceito se torna predominante e o poder passa a ser concentrado na mão de poucos, principalmente, em relação à cultur a negra que é o alvo do preconceito e da rejeição nos cargos expressivos das organizações e que mesmo após a abolição da escravidão no Brasil ainda carregam marcas sendo colocados nas margens da sociedade sem oportunidade de emprego, estudo e saúde de qualidade. O estudo foi feito baseado em dados estatísticos e leis que comprovam a desigualdade entre as culturas e raças que é vivenciada no Brasil diariamente, por isso a importância da inclusão da cultura em todos os lugares da sociedade.
