In this work, the use of the Quality of Life at Work (QLW) system is evaluated from the perspective of other works already carried out and consolidated on the subject. Through bibliometric research and analysis of existing material on the subject, the most relevant points are referenced here. After studying the published works, it was concluded that it is important to implement the QLW in not only private companies, but also in public offices in order to provide employees in general with greater job satisfaction. Considering the individual's work activities as an intrinsic part of his life, covering his routine, it is necessary to embrace values based on health, well-being and personal satisfaction so that there is motivation on the part of the employee.
