Respostas Cardiorrespiratórias de jogadores de bocha paralímpica da classe BC3 em diferentes lançamentos

The objective of this study was to analyze the cardiorespiratory responses of paralympic boccia athletes of the BC3 class during different throw and between the different deficiencies that comprise this class. The volunteers performed pitches in different positions: flexion, extension and neck hyperextension. The Heart Rate (HR), Respiratory Rate (RR) and Oxygen Saturation (SOP2) were collected during the throws and the Blood Pressure (BP) at rest, before and after the throw. The HR and RR tests showed a slight increase in all volunteers, regardless of the type of throw. The SPO2 values did not change significantly among volunteers. Verify of BP showed a small variation between the throw and volunteers. The results showed that there are no responses that differ between the volunteers and between the different throws evaluated, for HR, RR, SPO2 and BP.
