Resumo: It was evaluated the effect of different commercial formulations of glyphosate and the effects of glyphosate isolate and in mixture with chlorimuron-ethyl, flumioxazin and lactofen on endosymbionts microorganisms and on the agronomic performance of soybean resistant to glyphosate. Field experiments were settled for the different formulations in agricultural years of 2010/2011 and 2011/2012. The treatments consisted on application of the isopropyl salt (Roundup Original, Trop); ammonium salt (Roundup Ultra®, Roundup WG) and potassium salt (Roundup Transorb R, Zapp QI), all dose of 720 g a.e. ha-1 glyphosate and two controls (with and without weeds). The mycorrhizal colonization as well as dry matter of aerial part of soybean plants was not affected by the different formulations of glyphosate. Also no difference was found in the accumulation of macronutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus). In the second valuation year (2011/2012), the Mn accumulation was reduced for all formulations except for the formulation Roundup Original. However, this reduction did not influence the observed response of the plants in relation to the productive income. To evaluate effects of glyphosate mixed with different herbicides a field experiment was installed in the agricultural year 2011/2012. The treatments consisted of isolated application of glyphosate (480 g a.e. ha-1), mixtures of glyphosate (480 g a.e. ha-1) with: chorimuron ethyl at doses of 3, 6 and 10 g a.i. ha-1, lactofen at doses 30, 60 and 100 g a.i. ha-1 and flumioxazin at doses of 5, 10 and 15 g a.i. ha-1; and two controls (with and without weeds). All mixtures showed python intoxication in cultivars evaluated. Reduction was also evident for plant height and dry weight of the aerial part with increasing doses of lactofen and flumioxazin mixed with glyphosate. The dry mass of nodules was reduced as increased doses of glyphosate + lactofen or flumioxazin. All mixtures evaluated compromise the efficiency of mycorrhizal colonization, however just to mix glyphosate + lactofen was observed negative effect on productive performance.

Para as diferentes formulações, instalaram-se experimentos a campo nos anos agrícolas 2010/2011 e 2011/2012. Os tratamentos constituíram-se da aplicação das formulações sal de isopropilamina (Roundup Original, Trop); sal de amônio (Roundup Ultra, Roundup WG) e sal de potassio (Roundup Transorb R, Zapp QI), todas na dose de 720 g e.a. ha-1 de glyphosate e duas testemunhas (capinada e sem capina). A colonização micorrízica assim como matéria seca da parte aérea das plantas de soja não foi impactada pelas diferentes formulações de glyphosate. Também não foi constatada diferença no acumulo dos macronutrientes (nitrogênio e fósforo). No segundo ano de avaliação (2011/2012), o acúmulo Mn foi reduzido por todas as formulações, exceto a formulação Roundup Original. No entanto, esta redução observada não apresentou influência na resposta das plantas com relação ao rendimento produtivo. Para avaliar efeitos do glyphosate em mistura com diferentes herbicidas foi instalado um experimento a campo no ano agrícola 2011/2012. Os tratamentos constituíram-se da aplicação isolada de glyphosate (480 g e.a. ha-1), misturas de glyphosate (480 g e.a. ha-1) com: chorimuron ethyl nas doses de 3, 6 e 10 g i.a. ha-1, lactofen nas doses de 30, 60 e 100 g i.a. ha-1 e flumioxazin nas doses de 5, 10 e 15 g i.a. ha-1; e duas testemunhas (capinada e sem capina). Todas as misturas avaliadas apresentaram fitointoxicação na cultivar avaliada. Redução também foi evidenciada para a altura média das plantas e massa seca da parte aérea com o aumento das doses de lactofen e flumioxazin em mistura ao glyphosate. A massa seca de nódulos foi reduzida à medida que aumentaram as doses das misturas glyphosate + lactofen ou flumioxazin.
