Resumo: The Secretary of Social Communication was one of the strategic areas of control and consensus building that the province of Chaco developed during the National Reorganization Process. The actions developed during these years allow us to understand the communication strategies and links that have been developed throughout the process between the military and civilians with the different media. In this aspect, the work inquires about the representations, the roles and papers developed during these years. The investigation is based on official information and newspapers of the time that reconstruct the tensions and consensus.

Las acciones desarrolladas durante estos años permiten comprender las estrategias de comunicación y vínculos que se han desarrollado a lo largo del proceso entre militares y civiles con los distintos medios. En tal aspecto el trabajo indaga sobre las representaciones, los roles y papeles desarrollados durante estos años.
