Em alguns casos, as crianças nascem com comorbidades que tornam necessária a internação hospitalar e a realização de procedimentos cirúrgicos, como a confecção de um estoma, podendo ser de caráter temporário ou definitivo. A doença provoca alterações no modo de vida das famílias, requerendo organizações especificas para lidar com esta situação. Diante disso, surgem o sofrimento e as reações emocionais de tristeza, impotência, além de preocupações e inseguranças que podem vir à tona para os familiares. Objetivo: identificar por meio da literatura cientifica os sentimentos experimentados pela família da criança estomizada. Método: foi realizado uma revisão integrativa de literatura por meio da leitura seletiva e criteriosa dos materiais indexados nas bases de dados, acessados eletronicamente na: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino- Americana e do Caribe de Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Literatura internacional em ciências da saúde (MEDLINE), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF) realizada de setembro a novembro de 2016, utilizando os descritores: Estoma, Cuidado, Família e Criança. Foram identificados inicialmente 40 artigos, dos quais foram selecionados nove. Resultados: Os sentimentos identificados que foram experimentados pelos familiares durante a rotina do cuidado desde internação até a alta hospitalar, com maior prevalência nos estudos foram: Ansiedade; sofrimento; medo; negação; preocupação; culpa; estresse e amor. O medo é um dos sentimentos mais presentes, segundo os autores, pois é retratado pelas famílias devido a falta de conhecimento sobre a nova realidade que irão vivenciar e pela expectativa do prognostico do filho. Conclusão: Na análise dos estudos observaramse vários sentimentos que as famílias vivenciam e como eles permeiam na vivencia do dia-dia. Cada família reage de forma e apresentam sentimentos diferentes em relação a condição de doença. Procuram organizar suas vidas para enfrentarem as lutas, desafios e crises, a partir da reorganização estrutural até a distribuições de papeis e responsabilidades com a dependência de cuidados que a criança estomizada terá. In some cases, children are born with comorbidities that make it necessary to hospitalize and perform surgical procedures, such as the manufacture of a stoma, which may be temporary or permanent. The disease causes changes in the way of life of families, requiring specific organizations to deal with this situation. Faced with this, the suffering and emotional reactions of sadness, impotence, and worries and insecurities that may come to the forefront of family members arise. Objective: to identify through the scientific literature the feelings experienced by the family of the stomized child. Method: an integrative literature review was carried out through the selective and careful reading of the indexed materials in the databases, accessed electronically in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature of Health Sciences (LILACS), International Literature in Health Sciences (MEDLINE), Nursing Database (BDENF) performed from September to November 2016, using the descriptors: Stoma, Care, Family and Child. We identified 40 articles, of which nine were selected. Results: The identified feelings that were experienced by family members during the routine of care from hospital to hospital discharge, with higher prevalence in the studies were: Anxiety; suffering; fear; denial; concern; fault; stress and love. Fear is one of the most present feelings, according to the authors, as it is portrayed by families due to a lack of knowledge about the new reality they will experience and the expectation of the son's prognosis. Conclusion: In the analysis of the studies we observed several feelings that the families experience and how they permeate in the daily life experience. Each family reacts in a way and presents different feelings regarding the disease condition. They seek to organize their lives to face the struggles, challenges and crises, from the structural reorganization to the distribution of roles and responsibilities with the care dependency that the stomized child will have.
