Tendo em vista a interseccionalidade entre as identidades docente, surda e negra e as especificidades que cada uma delas demanda, buscou-se compreender de que forma cada uma delas se constrói e como as três se relacionam e interpelam a identidade docente nos diversos momentos em que a prática da docência se apresenta. A pesquisa foi realizada a partir de uma metodologia qualitativa em que foram realizadas observações participantes em duas turmas distintas e entrevistas com os(as) professores(as) surdos(as) negros(as). Para fundamentar esta pesquisa utilizamos pensadores(as) e pesquisadores(as) que teorizam sobre identidades em um contexto mais amplo e geral; e também estudiosos de cada identidade específica citada: surda, negra e docente. Tendo como referências esses(as) estudiosos(as), procuramos entender as relações que existem e que possibilitam a constituição da identidade docente em um indivíduo que é surdo e negro. Ao fim desta pesquisa, foi possível perceber a relação direta que existe entre a compreensão mínima que o indivíduo tem de suas identidades negra e surda e a forma que lidará e se apropriará dos conhecimentos, responsabilidades e atribuições que o ser professor exige. Para tanto, é necessário certo conhecimento do social, das relações que estão postas e também da forma como a sociedade foi estruturada e alicerçada. Foi possível inferir também que, mesmo o sujeito estando alheio a alguma de suas identidades, a sociedade não está. Dessa forma, o indivíduo poderá ignorar a presença de sua identidade e do que está atrelado a ela, mas não escapará da forma como a sociedade o percebe e o categoriza a partir disso. Considering that there is a relation of intersectionality in the identity of the black and deaf teacher and the specificities that eah one one of them recquires, we also aimed at inderstanding in what ways these identities are built the identity of the teacher when acting as a teacher in the classroom. This was a qualitative research in which participant observations were carried out in two distinct interviews with both death and black teachers. As a theoretical basis in this research we based on researchers and thinkers which theorized on identities in a broader and general context ; also, scholars of each speific identity: the death, the black and the teacher. Having as a referential these scholar we aimed at understanding the relations which exist and which allow the consitution of the idendity of each individual who is black and death. At the end of this research it was possible to notice that there ia a striaght relation between the minimum understanding that the individual has of his deaf and black identities with the ways he/she will deal with it and will acquire the knowledge, responsbilities and attributions which the teacher recquires. Threfore, it is nescessary that a certain social knowledge, of the relations which are stablished and also how society was structured and rooted. I was possible to infer also that even if the subect is unaware of some of his/her identities, society is not aware. This way, The individual may ignore the existence of his/her identity and what is related to it, but it will not escape how society will categorize and perceive from this same identity.
