Para dar continuidade aos experimentos, através do modelo construído por Sartori (2007), foram feitas modificações no modelo a fim de sanar alguns problemas de implementação. O protótipo atual foi construído para atingir uma potência de refrigeração de 30W e uma variação na temperatura de 20K. Alguns problemas relacionados à construção impossibilitaram o alcance da temperatura ao valor de projeto. Paralelamente a estas bem-feitorias algumas analises numéricas foram realizadas para a otimização dos processos e foram construídas novas pilhas com diferentes materiais, ainda para uso neste modelo atual. Os dados coletados nos testes servirão de base para projetar um novo refrigerador termoacústico experimental. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis work presents a study about the variables involved in thermoacoustic refrigeration processes and the development of a new experimental prototype. To continue the experiments using the model built by Sartori (2007), changes were made in the model in order to remedy some problem of implementation. The current prototype has been built to achieve a cooling power of 30W and a variation in temperature of 20K. Some problems related to the construction made it impossible to reach the temperature at the design value. Alongside these well-factories some numerical analysis were performed to optimize processes and new stacks were built with different materials, even for use in this current model.
