Resumo: Abstract This project is linked to History and Memory, aiming to reflect on the teaching formative processes, constituted and/or (re)elaborated during the monitoring exercise in the disciplines of History of Education/CE/UFPB, since 2013 to 2016. The theoretical supports permeate History of Present Time, Memory and Social Representations. Having self-writing as a research method, an academic memorial is analyzed, dialoguing with authors, such as David (2012), Nóvoa (2013), and others, in a process of re-reading the Monitoring, space for the constitution of teacher identity, built in praxis (action-reflection-action). The results indicate the monitoring exercise is a constitutive pedagogical element of the degree subjects, it concludes the monitoring experience reinforce the teaching-research-extension triad and the academic memorial is a historical source that configures teaching and self writting. Monitoring.Resumen Este trabajo está vinculado a la Historia y la Memoria, objetivando reflexionar sobre los procesos formativos de la enseñanza, constituidos y/o (re)elaborados durante el ejercicio de seguimiento en las disciplinas de Historia de la Educación/CE/UFPB, entre 2013 y 2016. Los soportes teóricos permean la Historia del Tiempo Presente, la Memoria y las Representaciones Sociales. Teniendo como método de investigación la autoescritura, se analiza un memorial académico, dialogando con autores, como David (2012), Nóvoa (2013), entre otros, en un proceso de relectura sobre el Seguimiento, espacio para constitución de la identidad docente, construida en la praxis (acción-reflexión-acción). Los resultados indican lo ejercicio de seguimiento como elemento pedagógico constitutivo de los sujetos en formación, concluyendo que la experiencia de seguimiento fortalece la triada docencia-investigación-extensión y el memorial académico es una fuente histórica que configura la docencia y la escrita de sí. Seguimiento.Resumo Este trabalho é vinculado à História e à Memória, objetivando refletir acerca dos processos formativos da docência, constituídos e/ou (re)elaborados no decorrer do exercício monitorial nas disciplinas de História da Educação/CE/UFPB, entre 2013 e 2016. Os suportes teóricos perpassam a História do Tempo Presente, a Memória e as Representações Sociais. Tendo a escrita de si por método de pesquisa, analisa-se um memorial acadêmico, dialogando com autores, como David (2012), Nóvoa (2013), entre outros, em um processo de releitura sobre a Monitoria, espaço de constituição de identidade professoral, construída na práxis (ação-reflexão-ação). Os resultados indicam o exercício monitorial como elemento pedagógico constitutivo dos sujeitos em formação, concluindo-se que a experiência monitorial fortalece a tríade ensino-pesquisa-extensão e o memorial acadêmico é uma fonte histórica configuradora da docência e da escrita de si.
