Resumo: Esta resenha objetiva em apresentar ao leitor o recente livro publicado pela Expressão Popular intitulado de "A dialética da agroecologia" que traz uma importante reflexão e contribuição para uma produção alimentar limpa e sustentável. A relevância do assunto deve-se pela evidencia da questão mundial da insegurança alimentar e da necessidade de se reavaliar o atual modelo de produção alimentar. A obra, diferente das árduas criticas de alguns pesquisadores conservadores, demonstra a agroecologia como método viável de produção agrícola com condições de sobra para substituir o agronegócio e atender a demanda da fome no mundo.
