Resumo: | The scope of this paper is to outline a brief outlook on the proposals for reform of the United Nations (UN), specifically its Security Council in order to reveal nodes that contribute to the relative deficit of credibility of the Organization. Include, in second place and in order to elucidate an archetype of a type of barrier to reform, an example of the type of political veto “indirect” proposed by Vargas (2011), investigating the positioning of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in relation to the proposed reforms and also revealing their motivations in this process. |

Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências2021-12-20info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/304810.36311/1982-8004.2013.v6n2.3048Revista Aurora; v. 6 n. 2 (2013); 145-162Revista Aurora; Vol. 6 No. 2 (2013); 145-162Revista Aurora; Vol. 6 Núm. 2 (2013); 145-1621982-80042177-0484reponame:Revista Aurora (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)instacron:UNESPporhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/3048/2329Copyright (c) 2013 Revista Aurorahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCunha, Aline Tedeschi da2024-04-02T18:45:37Zoai:ojs.revistas.marilia.unesp.br:article/3048Revistahttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/indexPUBhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/oaiaurora.revista@gmail.com||1982-80041982-8004opendoar:2024-04-02T18:45:37Revista Aurora (Online) - Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)false |
