Resumo: eoi/doi Deposit-Electronic Object Identifier   http://eoi.citefactor.org/10.11248/ehum.v13i2.3179 The Santo Daime phenomenon in the light of the theory of symbolic actions and  circulation of  elites of sociologist Vilfredo ParetoResumo: O presente artigo foi embasado em pesquisas bibliográficas que versam sobre a doutrina religiosa do Santo Daime na Amazônia e experiências com a ayahuasca, tecendo análises através do método lógico experimental, no intuito de apresentar baseado nas narrativas das experiências no set subjetivo e do setting material do ritual daimista, como esse fenômeno é captado sob a ótica da sociologia de Pareto dos sistemas simbólicos e da circulação das elites.Palavra chaves: Santo Daime, ayahuasca, ações simbólicas Abstract: This article was based on bibliographical research on the religious doctrine of Santo Daime in the Amazon and experiences with ayahuasca, weaving analysis through the experimental logical method, in order to present based on the narratives of experiences in the subjective set and setting.
