The functioning of interlocution in the truth commission and in the Apolitical School: among silence, breath and suffocation

Resumo: 30 years of The forms of silence ([1992] 2007) by Eni P. Orlandi and the opportunity to write about the importance and determination of this work in the studies we carry out in Discourse Analysis of materialist line. In order to do so, we will recover our research on the Truth Commission and on projects such as Apolitical School to think about how the issue of silence was fundamental until then and how, now in this article, it can be mobilized to investigate the process of interlocution that is established in the Brazilian political scene in relation to the two themes. It is about the challenge of problematizing the following questions: which interlocutive functioning is involved when the State poses itself as an announcer and to whom does this process affect/address itself? What game of imaginary formations regulates such relationship between A and B? Which position do the subjects involved occupy in the power relations that govern us?.

Orlandi y la oportunidad de escribir sobre la importancia y determinación de esta obra en los estudios que hacemos en Análisis del Discurso con una línea materialista. Para ello, recuperaremos nuestra investigación sobre la Comisión de la Verdad y sobre proyectos como la Escola Sem Partido para pensar cómo el tema del silencio fue fundamental hasta entonces y cómo, ahora en este artículo, puede movilizarse para investigar la proceso de interlocución que se establece en el escenario político brasileño en relación a los dos temas. Se trata del desafío de problematizar las siguientes cuestiones: ¿cuál es el funcionamiento interlocutorio cuando el Estado se plantea como locutor y a quién se interpela/dirige este proceso? ¿Qué juego de formaciones imaginarias regula tal relación entre A y B? ¿Qué posición ocupan los sujetos involucrados en las relaciones de poder que nos gobiernan?30 anos de As formas do Silêncio ([1992] 2007) de Eni P. Orlandi e a oportunidade de escrever sobre a importância e a determinação desta obra nos estudos que fazemos em Análise de Discurso de linha materialista. Para tanto, recuperaremos nossa pesquisa sobre Comissão da Verdade e sobre projetos como o Escola Sem Partido para pensar o modo como a questão do silêncio foi fundamental até então e como, agora neste artigo, pode ser mobilizada para investigar o processo de interlocução que se estabelece na cena política brasileira em relação aos dois temas. Trata-se do desafio em problematizar as seguintes questões: de que funcionamento interlocutivo se trata quando o Estado se coloca como locutor e a quem este processo interpela/dirige-se? Que jogo de formações imaginárias regula tal relação entre A e B?
