Resumo: The present work aims to carry out the survey, diagnosis and planning of the Rural Property called Lot 129 and 130, located on the Hiller Road - Maringa, PR, aiming at a better management and efficiency in the farmers' activities, all in line with the social, economic and environmental legislation, as well as demonstrate the theoretical and practical knowledge of the Academics with the experience obtained during the undergraduate course in Agronomy. The first part of the work was characterized by the survey of personal information of the owners and general characteristics of the property. and its cultivation developed around the commodities: Soybean (Glycine max) and Corn (Zea mays), as well as the surrounding factors, which may somehow influence the outcome of the end activity, such as: characteristics of the region in term climate change, suitability and use of the area for agricultural practices, infrastructure, management of health, cost analysis, access routes, road conservation and their natural resources. The second part was focused on the detailed diagnosis of the information collected, where we could point out the property's positive and negative points, their possible threats and improvements. The third part aims to present solutions to the diagnosed points, using the theoretical and practical concepts of the academics together with the experience of the Producer, aiming at reducing costs, improving productivity and consequently, superior financial results for the producer

Busca-se também demonstrar o conhecimento teórico e prático dos acadêmicos com a experiência obtida ao longo do curso de Graduação em Agronomia. A primeira parte do trabalho caracteriza-se pelo levantamento das informações pessoais dos proprietários e as características gerais da propriedade e do cultivo desenvolvido em torno das comodities, soja (glycine max) e milho (zea mays), além dos fatores ao seu redor que de algum modo podem influenciar o resultado da atividade fim, como por exemplo: as características da região em termo edafoclimático, aptidão e uso da área para as práticas agrícolas, infraestrutura, gestão da empresa, análise de custos, rotas de acesso, conservação de estradas e seus recursos naturais. A segunda parte foi dirigida ao diagnóstico minucioso das informações levantadas, onde pudemos apontar pontos positivos e negativos da propriedade, suas possíveis ameaças e melhorias.
