A "Uberização" do trabalho e a precarização das normas trabalhistas

Resumo: As it is a very recurrent theme in recent times, this article aims to analyze how the advancement of technology has been directly reflected in labor relations, as the media conglomerate, which preaches autonomy, freedom and entrepreneurship, ends up distancing itself of labor guarantees and thus precarious exercise of labor activity. The differences between the employment relationship and the employment relationship will be analyzed, as well as the flexibilization and precariousness of labor standards, and how the "uberization" ended up making the provision of services informal and, finally, its increase during the pandemic. Therefore, the suppression of rights already conquered throughout history is evident, making workers even more vulnerable under the capitalist system.

Therefore, the suppression of rights already conquered throughout history is evident, making workers even more vulnerable under the capitalist system.Por se tratar de um tema muito recorrente nos últimos tempos, o presente trabalho visa analisar como o avanço da tecnologia tem refletido diretamente nas relações empregatícias, visto que o conglomerado de mídias, que pregam a autonomia, a liberdade e o empreendedorismo, acaba distanciando-se das garantias trabalhistas e, assim, precarizam o exercício da atividade laborativa. Dessa maneira, neste artigo analisa-se as diferenças entre relação de trabalho e relação de emprego, bem como, a flexibilização e precarização das normas trabalhistas. Além de apresentar a forma que a “uberização” se tornou informal na prestação dos serviços e o seu aumento durante a pandemia.
