Resumo: This work involves aspects of work similar to slavery, its mutations and the challenges of fighting it. The reason is that the author's professional and personal interests in deepening related themes, in addition to its viability, did not mention the current and provocative nature of the theme, as well as all its originality, academic and political relevance. This is not only an extremely important issue, but also a legally interesting method of applying stricter and more effective standards of compliance to overcome slavery-like working conditions and combat slavery or challenges in Brazil. In general, it intends to analyze the laws and regulations that govern slave labor in order to find possible solutions to related problems. Deductive and bibliographic methods will be used in accordance with Brazilian legislation and respective conventions.

A razão é que os interesses profissionais e pessoais do autor em aprofundar os temas relacionados, além de sua viabilidade, não mencionaram o caráter atual e provocativo do tema, bem como toda sua originalidade, relevância acadêmica e política. Essa não é apenas uma questão de extrema importância, mas também um método legalmente interessante de aplicar padrões mais rígidos e eficazes no cumprimento para superar as condições de trabalho análogas à escravidão e combater a escravidão ou desafios no Brasil. Em geral, pretende analisar as leis e regulamentações que regem o trabalho escravo, a fim de encontrar possíveis soluções para os problemas relacionados.
