Resumo: | Asteraceae is known to present inflorescence in head involving by involucral bracts, sinanterous stamens and cypsela. Asteraceae is between the high numerous phanerogams in the world, known for its inflorescence in chapters surrounded by involucral bracts, sinanterous stamens and cypsella. Thus, this paper aimed to contribute to the knowledge of the Asteraceae flora in the Cidade Universitária Dom Delgado, Federal University of Maranhão, presenting a list, identification key and photographic boards. Collections in the study areas and analysis of material from Herbário MAR was carried out. Twenty-one species, 20 genera and seven tribes were identified. Vernonieae, Heliantheae and Eupatorieae tribes are among the tribes that have the largest number of representatives and are widely distributed in Brazil. The family showed great occurrence in all sampled points, and still warns for species that have been little sampled for Maranhão state. On the data presented, this study is the need for investment in floristic and taxonomic studies to increase knowledge and the local flora. Keywords: Brazil Northeast; taxonomy; UFMA; species richness. |

Universidade Federal do AmapáFAPEMACAPESCNPqGuterres, Aryana Vasque FrotaAlmeida Jr., Eduardo Bezerra De2021-09-06info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionArtigo Avaliado pelos Paresapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/603710.18561/2179-5746/biotaamazonia.v11n2p53-57Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota); v. 11, n. 2 (2021); 53-572179-5746reponame:Biota Amazôniainstname:Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)instacron:UNIFAPporhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/6037/v11n2p53-57.pdfAmérica Latina; América do Sul;Brasil; TaxonomiaDireitos autorais 2021 Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota)http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2021-12-30T15:45:03Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/6037Revistahttp://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biotaONGhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/oai||juliosa@unifap.br2179-57462179-5746opendoar:2021-12-30T15:45:03Biota Amazônia - Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)false |
