Occupational risks of hospital nursing professionals: socio-demographic and labor profile

Resumo: Objective: to trace the socio-demographic and work profile of nursing professionals. Method: study with quantitative, exploratory and descriptive approach. Held in a Public And Teaching Clinic Hospital. A total of 60 nursing professionals were interviewed and a socio-demographic work questionnaire was applied. The data were collected in October, November and December 2021, graphs and tables were created, the G-independence test and the chi-square test were used, both with significance value for p <0.05, of the BioEstat version 5.0 program. Results: of the analysis there was a predominance: 81.7% of female professionals, aged between 30 and 49 years, showed a higher proportion (73.3%), complete higher education 33.3%, being 80% the main provider of the family, the position of predominant nursing technician (71.4%), 58.3% have a weekly workload of 30-60h.  Conclusion: the need to develop local worker's public health policies aimed at improvements to the nursing professional with attention to the female workforce.

Método: estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, exploratorio y descriptivo. Realizado en un Hospital Clínico Público y Docente. Se entrevistó a un total de 60 profesionales de enfermería y se aplicó un cuestionario de trabajo sociodemográfico. Los datos fueron recolectados en octubre, noviembre y diciembre de 2021, se crearon gráficos y tablas, se utilizó la prueba de independencia G y la prueba de chi-cuadrado, ambas con valor de significancia para p <0.05, del programa BioEstat versión 5.0.  Resultados Resultados: del análisis hubo predominio: 81,7% de las mujeres profesionales, con edades comprendidas entre los 30 y los 49 años, mostraron una mayor proporción (73,3%),, completaron la educación superior un 33,3%, siendo el 80% el principal proveedor de la familia, la posición de técnico de enfermería predominante (71,4%), el 58,3% tiene una carga de trabajo semanal de 30-60h . Conclusión: la necesidad de desarrollar políticas de salud pública de los trabajadores locales dirigidas a mejorar al profesional de enfermería con atención a la fuerza laboral femenina.Objetivo: traçar o perfil sociodemográfico e laboral dos profissionais de enfermagem. Método: estudo com abordagem quantitativa, exploratória e descritiva. Realizado em um Hospital de Clínicas Público e de Ensino. Foram entrevistados 60 profissionais de enfermagem sendo aplicado um questionário sociodemográfico laboral. Os dados foram coletados nos meses de outubro, novembro e dezembro de 2021, foram criados gráficos e tabelas, utilizado o teste G de independência e o teste qui-quadrado, ambos com valor de significância para p <0,05, do programa BioEstat versão 5.0.
