Scientific production of nursing about pre-hospital service and first aid: study trends

Resumo: | This article aims to analyze the trends of Brazilian scientific nursing productions regarding pre-hospital care and first aid. It is a narrative review of literature, developed through access to the research available in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. The systematic search for studies was carried out in June 2020, with the strategies "pre-hospital care" AND "Nursing", resulting in 90 records and "first aid" AND "Nursing", resulting in 24 records, totaling 114 records. 66 studies were selected and analyzed as determined by Brum et al. (2016). The data were organized into the thematic categories: characterization of the analyzed studies; pre-hospital care and mobile emergency care; pre-hospital care in nursing care; worker health and pre-hospital care; first aid education and pre-hospital care; technologies in first aid and pre-hospital care; and nursing management in pre-hospital care. It is considered that the trend of Brazilian scientific production generally relates pre-hospital care and first aid to nursing care, especially assistance in the mobile emergency care service, and that the topic has been little explored in relation to training. of nurses, highlighting the need to pay attention to the development of this stage of academic training. |

Esta es una revisión narrativa de la literatura, desarrollada a través del acceso a la investigación disponible en el Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior. La búsqueda sistemática de los estudios se realizó en junio de 2020, con las estratégias "atención pre-hospitalaria" AND "Enfermería", resultando en 90 registros y "primeros auxilios" AND "Enfermería", resultando en 24 registros, totalizando 114 registros. Se seleccionaron y analizaron 66 estudios según lo determinado por Brum et al. (2016). Los datos se organizaron en las categorías temáticas: caracterización de los estudios analizados; atención pre-hospitalaria y servicio móvil de atención de emergencia; atención pre-hospitalaria en la atención de enfermería; la salud del trabajador y la atención pre-hospitalaria; educación y atención en primeros auxílios; tecnologías en primeros auxilios y atención pre-hospitalaria; y la gestión de enfermería en la atención pre-hospitalaria. Se considera que la tendencia de la producción científica brasileña generalmente relaciona la atención prehospitalaria y los primeros auxilios con los cuidados de enfermería, especialmente la asistencia en el servicio móvil de atención de emergencia, y que el tema ha sido poco explorado en relación a la formación de enfermeros, destacándose la Hay que prestar atención al desarrollo de esta etapa de la formación académica.O presente artigo busca analisar as tendências das produções científicas brasileiras de enfermagem acerca de atendimento pré-hospitalar e primeiros socorros. A busca sistemática aos estudos foi realizada em junho de 2020, com as estratégias “atendimento pré-hospitalar” AND “Enfermagem”, resultando em 90 registros e “primeiros socorros” AND “Enfermagem”, resultando em 24 registros, totalizando 114 registros. Foram selecionados 66 estudos e analisados conforme determinado por Brum et al. (2016). Os dados foram organizados nas categorias temáticas: caracterização dos estudos analisados; atendimento pré-hospitalar e serviço de atendimento móvel de urgência; o atendimento pré-hospitalar na assistência em enfermagem; saúde do trabalhador e atendimento pré-hospitalar; educação em primeiros socorros e atendimento pré-hospitalar; tecnologias em primeiros socorros e atendimento pré-hospitalar; e gestão em enfermagem no atendimento pré-hospitalar.
