Immediate dental implantation with bone graft: a literature review

Resumo: The placement of immediate implants after tooth extraction is a relatively recent technique, which emerged with the purpose of reducing treatment time and the need to preserve alveolar structures destined for atrophy. The objective of the article is to demonstrate the effectiveness of immediate implants, their advantages, disadvantages, criteria for performing the immediate implant, types of grafts and the most used. The referent work is a literature review using Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scielo, with dates from 2005 to 2022. The success rate of this treatment is high when it meets its main characteristics: no infectious process, ideal bone structure and patient follow-up post surgery. Therefore, implants with immediate loading together with bone grafts, if necessary, have good results when observing their detailed anamnesis, criteria for the technique, its advantages, disadvantages for the patient, being essential the orientation and return of the same in order to avoid treatment failure.

El objetivo del artículo es demostrar la eficacia de los implantes inmediatos, sus ventajas, desventajas, criterios para realizar el implante inmediato, tipos de injertos y los más utilizados. El trabajo referente es una revisión de literatura utilizando Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scielo, con fechas de 2005 a 2022. La tasa de éxito de este tratamiento es alta cuando cumple con sus principales características: no proceso infeccioso, estructura ósea ideal y seguimiento del paciente post cirugía. Por tanto, los implantes con carga inmediata junto con injertos óseos, en caso de ser necesarios, tienen buenos resultados al observar su anamnesis detallada, criterios de la técnica, sus ventajas, inconvenientes para el paciente, siendo fundamental la orientación y devolución de los mismos para evitar tratamientos. fracaso.A colocação de implantes imediatos pós extração dentária é uma técnica relativamente recente, que surgiu com o propósito de diminuir o tempo de tratamento e a necessidade de preservar as estruturas alveolares destinadas à atrofia. O objetivo do artigo é demonstrar a eficácia dos implantes imediatos, suas vantagens, desvantagens, critérios para realização do implante imediato, tipos de enxertos e o mais utilizado. O referente trabalho é uma revisão de literatura com busca no Google Acadêmico, Pubmed, Scielo, com datas de 2005 a 2022. A taxa de sucesso desse tratamento é alta quando atende suas características principais: sem processo infeccioso, estrutura óssea ideal e acompanhamento do paciente pós cirurgia.
