Psychological impacts and the learning process of Elementary School Students I during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Resumo: The study aimed to identify possible psychological impacts and on the learning process of elementary school I students during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the categorization and discussion of such impacts. In addition, the identification of protective factors that can contribute to mitigate the impacts and risk that may contribute to potentiate. This is a bibliographical, exploratory and qualitative research, since it sought to deepen the psychological impacts and the learning process during the pandemic, as well as the knowledge, analysis and survey of existing theoretical contributions on the subject. The study used recent research on the consequences of social isolation and the suspension of classroom classes for children, which is the population most affected due to their vulnerability. Furthermore, materials about the importance of the interaction of the child with a group of peers so that there is learning, according to Vygotsky's socio-interactionist theory. It is perceived, then, that it is necessary to create an environment with the predominance of protective factors, in order to prevent possible psychological impacts and in the learning process.

It is perceived, then, that it is necessary to create an environment with the predominance of protective factors, in order to prevent possible psychological impacts and in the learning process. El estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar los posibles impactos psicológicos y en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de primaria I durante la pandemia de COVID-19, así como la categorización y discusión de dichos impactos. Además, la identificación de factores protectores que puedan contribuir a mitigar los impactos y riesgos que puedan contribuir a potenciar. Se trata de una investigación bibliográfica, exploratoria y cualitativa, ya que buscó profundizar en los impactos psicológicos y el proceso de aprendizaje durante la pandemia, así como en el conocimiento, análisis y levantamiento de los aportes teóricos existentes sobre el tema. El estudio utilizó investigaciones recientes sobre las consecuencias del aislamiento social y la suspensión de las clases en el aula para los niños, que es la población más afectada debido a su vulnerabilidad. Además, materiales sobre la importancia de la interacción del niño con un grupo de compañeros para que haya aprendizaje, según la teoría socio-interaccionista de Vygotsky. Se percibe, entonces, que es necesario crear un ambiente con predominio de factores protectores, con el fin de prevenir posibles impactos psicológicos y en el proceso de aprendizaje. O estudo objetivou a identificação de possíveis impactos psicológicos e no processo de aprendizagem de alunos do ensino fundamental I durante a pandemia do COVID-19, bem como a categorização e discussão de tais impactos. Além disso, a identificação de fatores de proteção que podem contribuir para amenizar os impactos e de risco que podem contribuir para potencializar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória e qualitativa, visto que buscou o aprofundamento sobre os impactos psicológicos e do processo de aprendizagem durante a pandemia, bem como o conhecimento, a análise e o levantamento das contribuições teóricas existentes a respeito do tema. O estudo utilizou-se de pesquisas recentes a respeito das consequências do isolamento social e da suspensão das aulas presenciais para a criança, sendo esta a população mais afetada devido a sua vulnerabilidade. Ainda, materiais a respeito da importância da interação da criança com grupo de pares para que haja aprendizagem, conforme a teoria sócio-interacionista de Vygotsky.
