Resumo: The study aims to identify in the literature the care provided by different health teams that work in the airport environment under a phenomenological approach. Qualitative methodological approach and integrative literature review. The databases: BDENF, CINAHL, IBECS, LILACS, MEDLINE, SCOPUS and PubMed were searched. The research question was elaborated with the aid of the PICo strategy (Population: Health team; Intervention: care; Context: Airports). The search was carried out between April and May 2019. The review included national and international articles, with abstracts and full texts, in Portuguese, Spanish and English, in a time frame between the years 2014 to 2019. Twelve studies were included that revealed the care provided to patients at the airport by the health team and pre-trip preventive measures. The care provided to patients at the airport by the health team aims at preventive pre-trip measures and emergency care with safety. They refer to the perception of the professional, with their experiences and care that is above all humanized and ethical, aiming not only at taking care of technical acts but at maintaining life.

Enfoque metodológico cualitativo y revisión integral de la literatura. Se realizaron búsquedas en las bases de datos: BDENF, CINAHL, IBECS, LILACS, MEDLINE, SCOPUS y PubMed. La pregunta de investigación se elaboró con la ayuda de la estrategia PICo (Población: equipo de salud; Intervención: atención; Contexto: Aeropuertos). La búsqueda se realizó entre abril y mayo de 2019. La revisión incluyó artículos nacionales e internacionales, con resúmenes y textos completos, en portugués, español e inglés, en un período de tiempo entre los años 2014 a 2019. Se incluyeron doce estudios que revelaron la atención brindada a los pacientes en el aeropuerto por el equipo de salud y las medidas preventivas previas al viaje. La atención brindada a los pacientes en el aeropuerto por el equipo de salud tiene como objetivo medidas preventivas previas al viaje y atención de emergencia con seguridad. Se refieren a la percepción del profesional, con sus experiencias y cuidados, sobre todo humanizados y éticos, con el objetivo no solo de cuidar los actos técnicos sino también de mantener la vida.O estudo tem o objetivo de identificar na literatura os cuidados prestados por diferentes equipes de saúde que atuam no ambiente aeroportuário sob um enfoque fenomenológico. Abordagem metodológica qualitativa e revisão integrativa de literatura. Pesquisou-se nas bases de dados: BDENF, CINAHL, IBECS, LILACS, MEDLINE, SCOPUS e PubMed. A questão de pesquisa foi elaborada com auxílio da estratégia PICo (População: Equipe de saúde; Intervenção: o cuidado; Contexto: Aeroportos). A busca foi realizada entre os meses de abril e maio de 2019. Incluíram-se na revisão artigos nacionais e internacionais, com resumos e textos completos, nos idiomas português, espanhol e inglês, em um recorte temporal entre os anos de 2014 a 2019.Foram incluídos 12 estudos que desvelaram os cuidados prestados aos pacientes no aeroporto pela equipe de saúde e medidas preventivas pré viagem. Os cuidados prestados aos pacientes no aeroporto pela equipe de saúde visam medidas preventivas pré viagem e atendimento às emergências com segurança.
