Situational strategic planning as a tool for the promotion of man's health: experience report

Resumo: | Objective: to describe the experience of nursing students in carrying out actions to promote men's health as part of a multidisciplinary health team based on the implementation of strategic situational planning. Methodology: this is a descriptive study of the experience report type through practical activities developed in a family health strategy located in a municipality in Rio Grande do Sul. Results and Discussions: implementation of the action plan occurred on June 11, 2019, and 320 male workers from the urban and rural infrastructure secretariat participated. The activities provided included health promotion actions, such as blood pressure measurement; hemoglycotest; rapid tests for HIV / AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis, dental consultation, medical consultation and guidelines regarding men's health. Final Considerations: working with the strategic situational planning allowed the realization of the situational diagnosis, the structuring and organization of activities with different sectors of the health care network and the integration between teaching-service, showing the relevance of carrying out similar activities for the health training. |

Metodología: se trata de un estudio descriptivo, del tipo relato de experiencia a través de actividades prácticas desarrolladas en una estrategia de salud familiar ubicada en un municipio de Rio Grande do Sul. Resultados y Discusiones: la implementación del plan de acción ocurrió el 11 de junio de 2019 y participaron 320 trabajadores varones de la secretaría de infraestructura urbana y rural. Las actividades realizadas incluyeron acciones de promoción de la salud, como la medición de la presión arterial; hemoglicotest; pruebas rápidas de VIH/SIDA, sífilis, hepatitis, consulta odontológica, consulta médica y directrices sobre salud masculina. Consideraciones finales: trabajar con la planificación estratégica situacional permitió la realización del diagnóstico situacional, la estructuración y organización de actividades con diferentes sectores de la red asistencial y la integración entre docencia-servicio, mostrando la relevancia de realizar actividades similares para la formación sanitaria.Objetivo: descrever a experiência de acadêmicos de enfermagem na realização de ações de promoção da saúde do homem como parte de uma equipe multidisciplinar de saúde a partir da implementação do planejamento estratégico situacional. Metodologia: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência por meio de atividades práticas desenvolvidas em uma estratégia de saúde da família localizada em um município do Rio Grande do Sul. Resultados e Discussões: implementação do plano de ação ocorreu no do dia 11 de junho de 2019, e obteve a participação de 320 homens trabalhadores da secretaria de infraestrutura urbana e rural. As atividades prestadas abrangeram ações de promoção da saúde, como aferição da pressão arterial; hemoglicoteste; testes rápidos de HIV/AIDS, sífilis, hepatite, consulta odontológica, consulta médica e orientações referente à saúde do homem.
