Systematization of nursing care and implementation of the multidisciplinary team in the preoperative period of cardiac surgery: integrative literature review

Resumo: Objective: to carry out an integrative review of the literature that presents results in scientific databases on the systematization of nursing care and the implementation of the multidisciplinary team; synthesize the synthesis of the information obtained in the literature on the systematization of nursing care during cardiac surgical preoperative; list the importance of such knowledge for the improvement of knowledge and the process of care. Methodology: This is an exploratory and descriptive study, with a qualitative approach of the integrative review type of literature. With the use of IRaMuTeQ to list the discursive classes resulting from the analyses of the selected articles. The database chosen was the VHL. Results and discussion: 11 articles were selected from the database search, in relation to the discursive class erated by IRaMuTeQ, the result was 1) Alternative techniques such as intervention to prevent depression and anxiety preoperatively; 2) Guidance on doubts regarding cardiac surgery in the preoperative period; 3) Health education in the promotion of self-care in the cardiac operative foot; 4) Importance of multiprofessional care in cardiac preoperative; 5) More frequent preoperative cardiac symptoms. Conclusion: It is concluded that cardiovascular diseases are considered the main causes of mortality in the world and a higher percentage of deaths worldwide, which represents a major public health problem. Among the treatment alternatives are cardiac surgeries in their various modalities. However, because it is a high-risk procedure, it results in fear and anxiety for patients.

Metodología: Se trata de un estudio exploratorio y descriptivo, con un enfoque cualitativo del tipo de literatura de revisión integradora. Con el uso de IRaMuTeQ para enumerar las clases discursivas resultantes de los análisis de los artículos seleccionados. La base de datos elegida fue la BVS. Resultados y discusión: Se seleccionaron 11 artículos de la búsqueda en la base de datos, en relación con la clase discursiva borrada por IRaMuTeQ, el resultado fue 1) Técnicas alternativas como la intervención para prevenir la depresión y la ansiedad preoperatoriamente; 2) Orientación sobre dudas sobre cirugía cardíaca en el preoperatorio; 3) Educación para la salud en la promoción del autocuidado en el pie operatorio cardíaco; 4) Importancia de la atención multiprofesional en el preoperatorio cardíaco; 5) Síntomas cardíacos preoperatorios más frecuentes. Conclusión: Se concluye que las enfermedades cardiovasculares son consideradas las principales causas de mortalidad en el mundo y un mayor porcentaje de muertes a nivel mundial, lo que representa un importante problema de salud pública. Entre las alternativas de tratamiento se encuentran las cirugías cardíacas en sus diversas modalidades. Sin embargo, debido a que es un procedimiento de alto riesgo, resulta en miedo y ansiedad para los pacientes.Objetivo: realizar uma revisão integrativa da literatura que exponha resultados em bancos de dados científicos acerca da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem e da implementação da equipe multiprofissional; realizar a síntese das informações obtidas na literatura sobre a sistematização da assistência de enfermagem durante o pré-operatório cirúrgico cardíaco; elencar a importância de tal conhecimento para o aprimoramento do conhecimento e do processo assistencial. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo exploratório e descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura. Com a utilização do IRaMuTeQ para elencar as classes discursivas resultantes das análises dos artigos selecionados. O banco de dados escolhido foi a BVS. Resultados e discussão: foram selecionados 11 artigos a partir da busca de banco de dados, em relação as classe discursivas elencadas pelo IRaMuTeQ, o resultado foi 1) Técnicas alternativas como intervenção a prevenção de depressão e ansiedade no pré-operatório; 2) Orientação as dúvidas referentes a cirurgia cardíaca no pré-operatório; 3) Educação em saúde na promoção do autocuidado no pé operatório cardíaco; 4) Importância da assistência multiprofissional no pré-operatório cardíaco; 5) Sintomas pré-operatórios cardíacos mais frequentes. Conclusão: Conclui-se que as doenças cardiovasculares são consideradas as principais causas de mortalidade no mundo e maior percentual de mortes a nível mundial, o que representa um grande problema de saúde pública. Dentre as alternativas de tratamento, estão as cirurgias cardíacas em suas diversas modalidades.
