Construction of the PEC-URE educational technology: training in urgency and emergency for the Family Health Strategy

Resumo: This study reports the construction of the educational technology PEC-URE: training in urgency and emergency for the Family Health Strategy from the theory of Instructional Design. This is an account of the construction of the Continuing Education Program in Urgency and Emergency (PEC-URE) which was developed based on official and recognized protocols, with video lessons, manuals and booklets for professional training and is available free of charge. The PEC-URE through the Basic Course, allowed to list a set of updated and reliable information. This expands the possibility of reflections on professional training with a view to training a practical and reflective professional, through a specific methodology to incorporate new practices into professional work.

El PEC-URE a través del Curso Básico, permitió listar un conjunto de información actualizada y confiable. Esto amplía la posibilidad de reflexiones sobre la formación profesional con miras a formar un profesional práctico y reflexivo, a través de una metodología específica para incorporar nuevas prácticas al quehacer profesional.Este estudo relata a construção da tecnologia educativa PEC-URE: capacitação em urgência e emergência para a Estratégia de Saúde da Familia a partir da teoria do Design Instrucional. Trata-se de um relato da construção do Programa de Educação Continuada em Urgência e Emergência (PEC-URE) que foi desenvolvido com base em protocolos oficiais e reconhecidos, com vídeos-aulas, manuais e cartilhas para capacitação profissional e está disponível gratuitamente. O PEC-URE através do Curso Basic, permitiu elencar um conjunto de informações atualizadas e confiáveis.
