Measures for prevention and control of scabling: integrative literature review nursing

Resumo: Objective: to analyze the nursing care for the prevention and control of scabies that are being performed according to research published in the last 10 years (2009-2019). Methodology: an integrative literature review was performed in June 2019, considering articles indexed in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) databases; Nursing Database (BDENF); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline); and Virtual Health Library Database (VHL), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (Cinahl), Scopus e Cochrane Collaboration. Results: of the 54 articles found, 4 met the inclusion criteria, all in English, which evidenced the lack of research on the subject. Conclusion: the results showed that the nursing interventions performed involve adequate cleaning of patients' clothes, bedding and equipment that may have been contaminated, as well as isolation of patients, however, it was found that the guidelines are heterogeneous, varying between teams of health.

Metodología: una revisión integradora de la literatura se llevó a cabo en junio de 2019, considerando artículos indexados en las bases de datos de la Biblioteca Científica Eletrónica en Línea (Scielo); Base de Datos de Enfermería (BDENF); Sistema de Análisis y Recuperación de Lteratura Médica (Medline); y la base de datos de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (Cinahl), Scopus e Cochrane Collaboration. Resultados: De los 54 artículos encontrados, 4 cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, todos en inglés, lo que evidió la escasez de investigaciones sobre el tema. Conclusión: los resultados mostraron que las intervenciones de enfermería realizadas implican una limpieza adecuada de la ropa, la ropa de cama y el equipo de los pacientes que pueden haber sido contaminados, así como el aislamiento de los pacientes, sin embargo, se encontró que las pautas son heterogéneas entre los equipos de salud.Objetivo: analisar os cuidados de enfermagem para a prevenção e controle da escabiose que estão sendo realizados de acordo com as pesquisas publicadas nos últimos 10 anos (2009-2019). Metodologia: uma revisão integrativa da literatura foi realizada no mês de junho de 2019, considerando artigos indexados nas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo); Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline); e Base de dados da biblioteca virtual em saúde (BVS), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (Cinahl), Scopus e Cochrane Collaboration. Resultados: dos 54 artigos encontrados, 4 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão, todos em língua inglesa, o que evidenciou a escassez de pesquisas sobre o assunto.
