Diagnostics, results and nursing interventions focused on the community in the covid-19 pandemic

Resumo: Objective: to identify nursing diagnoses according to the NANDA taxonomy, list relevant results according to the NOC, and main interventions according to the NIC, community oriented, to face the pandemic by the COVID-19. Method: qualitative study that analyzed some documents published by the Brazilian Institute of Statistics and Geography on the data from the National Sample Survey by Household, from the Ministry of Health - Coronavirus, and on the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment. Results: the study chained publications of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics - National Household Sample Survey of the Ministry of Health - Coronavirus, Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment, to identify nursing diagnoses and list NOCs and NICs. Three diagnoses were chosen and their consequent results and interventions. Conclusion: this work contributes to the instrumentalization of nurses to assist the community, family and individual in this first moment of the pandemic.

Método: estudio cualitativo que analizó algunos documentos publicados por el Instituto Brasileño de Estadística y Geografía sobre datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Muestra por Hogares, del Ministerio de Salud - Coronavirus, y sobre las Pautas para el Diagnóstico y Tratamiento. Resultados: el estudio publicaciones encadenadas por el Instituto Brasileño de Geografía y Estadística - Encuesta nacional de muestreo de hogares del Ministerio de Salud – Coronavirus, Pautas para el diagnóstico y tratamiento para identificar diagnósticos de enfermería y enumerar los NOC y NIC. Llegamos a tres diagnósticos elegidos y sus consiguientes resultados e intervenciones. Conclusión: este trabajo contribuye a la instrumentalización de las enfermeras para ayudar a la comunidad, la familia y el individuo en este primer momento de la pandemia.Objetivo: identificar os diagnósticos de enfermagem segundo a taxonomia da NANDA, elencar resultados pertinentes de acordo com a NOC, e principais intervenções segundo a NIC, voltados para a comunidade, para o enfrentamento da pandemia da covid-19. Método: estudo qualitativo que analisou alguns documentos publicados pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Estatística e Geografia sobre os dados da Pesquisa Nacional de Amostra por Domicílio, do Ministério da Saúde – Coronavírus, e sobre as Diretrizes para Diagnóstico e Tratamento. Resultados: o estudo encadeou publicações do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística- Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílio do Ministério da Saúde – Coronavírus, Diretrizes Para Diagnóstico e Tratamento para identificar os diagnósticos de enfermagem e elencar NOCs e NICs. Chegou-se a três diagnósticos sendo escolhidas e seus consequentes resultados e intervenções.
